I contacted several A/C companies for an estimate to replace my air conditioning system. I found Scott with Oxford was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't just try and sell me a system, but spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the systems available today. One year ago we had another company come out and tell us we needed a new a/c system. We decided to get a second opinion from Oxford Heating & Air. They came out and fixed the unit for under $200. The whole system has been running perfectly ever since. We have had them out since then twice a year for preventive maintenance. Due to my lack of experience I was expecting the worst. My house was not cooling and in this heat I was prepared to do whatever it took to fix. Not only did Steven (service tech) troubleshoot my problem but he did not take advantage of me. It was ean easy fix and when it came time to pay he didnt even charge me. Oxford is one of the most honest and cost friendly businesses in the market. If only more people were so genuine in todays world. I have found the only AC company I will ever need. They educated me, were completely honest and did not even charge me when they could have had me over a barrel. Thank you. A+ company!
